790 West Marietta will be the first high-rise condominium built in Atlanta’s West Midtown area. This first phase development will showcase a 26-level facility with 225 units, and with parking beginning at sub-grade levels below. At street level there will be shops with a podium deck above that features cooking zones, dinning areas, a gas fire pit, water features, a spa and pool, and multiple plazas. Units at the podium level will feature their own private garden terrace. Penthouse units at the tower’s top level are designed with large portals that are covered for outdoor balcony spaces. Primarily a glass clad tower, its shape gives orientation of all units to maximize views from the skyline of Buckhead to Midtown to Downtown. Studies have also been developed for a subsequent phase of an elevated park to provide a connectivity for an inbound lower level drop off to the upper street level shops. Expanding this park eastward towards downtown would create an added green space to the development as another featured amenity. One that can draw from the popular Atlanta Beltline which passes nearby the development.
