Following our team's success on Atlanta Gas Light's regional business center in Atlanta, GA, this is GVSA's second project with Southern Company on their new Atlanta Gas Light regional business center location in Marietta, GA.  This project involves extensive renovation of an existing facility, a 4,100 sf office addition, and site improvements to suit the center's program needs.

The design involves open office environments that preserve the existing building's industrial character while introducing a streamlined contemporary look with a focus on natural light throughout.  In addition to the office business areas, the program includes over 2,000 sf of communal spaces for company gatherings, such as a kitchen, multipurpose classroom, courtyard, and outdoor kitchen, as well as 10,000 sf of warehouse storage and utility areas for company operations.
