This 2-story building answers to a rather complex set of site related issues that had to be addressed carefully to maximize allowable square footage and parking. The slope of the site downward and away from the street gave reference to its placement above a 2-level parking deck. This would also maintain a needed street presence in a fairly heavy commercial area district. A mezzanine pushed the building upward leading way to an office plan with an openness of a clear-story work place. A featured bridge gave way for pedestrian access from the street to the buildings front entry. Natural stone and metal paneling emphasized a void for placement of the building’s oversized window wall.
