Staff Architect / Staff Designer
This candidate should be motivated and have a passion for quality work and design. Working in a collaborative manner with additional team members is critical for this position. Independently performs a variety of assignments requiring skills in all aspects of the design process.
Role and Responsibilities
Responsible for developing and curating project specific Building Information Models, researching and addressing basic design challenges and opportunities, developing sketches and models in an iterative process to develop a design, generate contract documents for permitting and construction, coordinate with associate consulting engineers, prepare graphic presentation packages for specific projects as well as marketing packages.
Skills and Requirements
Minimum Batchelors degree in Architecture
3-5 years of relevant experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Intimate knowledge of Revit
Working knowledge of Adobe suite graphics software packages
Working knowledge of the MS Office suite
Ability to work and thrive in a fast passed collaborative work environment
Rhino and Grasshopper is a plus but not required
