The first residents of Seven88 West Midtown – a luxury high-rise condominium designed by Goode Van Slyke Architecture (GVSA) – have moved into the elegant 22-level community. Seven88, developed by McKinley Homes, was completed late last year. It features 18 floors of residences including luxurious penthouses with balconies and fireplaces – atop four controlled-access parking levels. Each of the 279 residences has energy-efficient floor-to-ceiling windows framing panoramic views including downtown and Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

Condo owners can also visit nearby galleries, concert halls, theatres, and offices. The planned Beltline Westside Extension will make it an easy walk to downtown, the World Congress Center, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Centennial Olympic Park, the World of Coke, National Center for Civil and Human Rights, The Georgia Aquarium, etc.
