ALUX Properties today shares progress and announces an impressive list of world-class partners assembled to bring The Bailey – a first-of-its-kind, multi-use regional development – to life. The Bailey pays homage to its namesake Alpharetta family, who donated land for the Bailey-Johnson School, which gave African American students an opportunity to attend high school during segregation. The historic family cemetery, with a grave dating to 1881, is located near the mixed-use community.
