Julio is an architect with over twenty-five years of experience working with diverse project types including educational, commercial, residential, industrial, and healthcare with expertise in K-12 educational projects and Universal Design (accessibility). He has successfully led over 100 projects and work effectively with clients, contractors, consultants, and jurisdictions. He holistically analyzes project risks and implements plans to increase and maximize client satisfaction. Julio is a member of AIA, International Code Council, and the Construction Specification Institute.
