Castleberry Hill is a historic neighborhood located southwest of downtown Atlanta, Georgia. It is known for its vibrant arts community, historic architecture, and its proximity to several significant landmarks, including the Atlanta University Center and the Mercedes-Benz Stadium. The neighborhood is home to a diverse mix of residential and commercial properties, with a focus on mixed-use development and residential flats.

This masterplan for HJ Russell and Company was primarily a density study to help determine future planned development uses, and to assist in selling or acquiring parcels outside of the HJR holdings. An emphasis was placed on mixed-use residential/commercial and residential flats. Existing historic facilities were noted as permanent features anchoring development along Walker Avenue, central to the Castleberry Hill neighborhood.
