The DeKalb County Crisis Center is an out-patient and intervention facility that serves the communities of DeKalb. The facility makes use of a sloped site which allows covered parking beneath it. A soft contemporary approach to the building’s esthetic is shown by its curved walls and large amounts of glass. A structured marker gives a clear sense of the building’s main entry and doubles as an architectural feature.
