Englewood is a planned community in the Chosewood Park area southeast of Atlanta. Its proximity to major interstates, Atlanta’s Beltline, and other emerging communities bring an interest, support, and need for another of Atlanta’s many area mixed-use developments with an emphasis on many forms of residential uses.

Englewood will provide multi-family and workforce housing, loft residences, town homes, and single-family housing, all supported by pedestrian paths, courtyards, shops, restaurants, and office development. Structured parking will give way to convenience for its many destination visitors. The development is anchored on opposite sides by large areas of green space that include Chosewood Park to its south and Boulevard Crossing Park to its north which is flanked by the Atlanta Beltline.
