The City Views at Rosa Burney Park Renovation project is an affordable housing renovation in the Mechanicsville neighborhood near downtown Atlanta. The project consists of the renovation of a 10-story high-rise tower, 11 low-rise apartment buildings and a leasing center building. In addition to the 181 affordable housing units being refurbished, the project includes the development of a new amenities space for the tenants that includes a large community room and kitchen, computer lab, fitness room and laundry facilities.
